The second series consisted of subjects beginning with "B" and also saw the primary makes an attempt to concentrate to a selected theme throughout one episode, e.g. dailynewshorizon.com " (the over-riding theme did not essentially start with "B", although the questions at all times contained a component that did). The title is taken from an entry into the Oxford Encyclopedia of Underwater Life (although in the opening theme of the first 41 episodes it is incorrectly referenced because the Oxford 'Dictionary' of Underwater Life), which was used on the present. Collection D was the primary to see all the episodes focus upon a single topic or theme, starting with the sequence letter (e.g. Hazard), and for each to be given an official title related to the subject/theme. In 2018 an internet behind the scenes series that followed the podcasters on their UK tour was launched known as 'Behind The Gills'. A video podcast (that includes the most effective moments with some out-takes) was planned to accompany Sequence E, however this was instead turned right into a set of "Quickies" featured on the QI homepage of the BBC's web site. In QI, each series takes its theme from a distinct letter of the alphabet, starting with the letter "A". The theme tune is "Wasps" from the band Emperor Yes, which is predicated on a fact about bees which was used on QI. They argue that bees as an alternative are primarily recruited by odor. Common elves are Anna Ptaszynski, James Harkin, Dan Schreiber, and Andrew Hunter Murray, with occasional appearances from Alex Bell and Anne Miller. The "elves" devise the questions for the present, and one is on set during filming who's ready to speak with the host through the present to provide and proper info. Schreiber is the host of the show. A Tv show entitled No Such Thing as the News aired for 2 seasons in 2016, following an identical format based round news stories and current occasions.
