This is the first time I've installed Maple on this machine, so it's not an upgrade. I uninstalled and re-installed with a fresh download as you advised. It's fine now.

Hi,

Thanks for replying, but it did not work. I inserted the restart command as shown and then hit the !!! button to re-issue all commands. Same result.
