thanks alot guys! The first equation worked. And Im sorry I meant to exclude the =300. The original ODE had the equation equal to 300. So this is the equation I need to plot:

-.5*e^(-10*x)*sin(10*x)-.5*e^(-10*x)*cos(10*x)+(3/2)

I tried changing the e to exp but now I get the empty plot error.
