Is there a way to change globally all time horizontal axis limits in one go ? I have to define each time each of my 12 probe signals, parameter by parameter, axis by axis, even if I'm using the same values.

Im missing in the right "parameter plot" window a way to define globally the time interval for all plots, and not necesarily the time interval of the full simulations, in particular to leave the system stabilise and get rid of the initial peaks and oscillations.

How do I complete the following by using row reduction rules.

3x            -z=-1

4x     -y    -2z =-5

2x +  7y  + 9z = 0

I installed Maple 13 and Maplesim 2.0 in a brand new computer I ran the robot simulation successfully but as soon as I ran windows updates and the rest of applications it not longer  work. it just gives me a blank windows with the tool bars.

Does anyone encounter this problem? How do you solved it.

I updated my video card with the latest drivers; and follow the instructions in  regards to installing the latest Java

I am basically using MapleSim to obtain the equations of motion for mechanical systems and copy

pasting them into a separate Maple document and solvng them numerically. I could work with simple pendulum

and a two link manipulator. But in the case of a four bar mechansism since the system is a closed chain the

number of unknowns ended up being more than the number of equations. In this case, the joint reaction forces

came into play as unknowns. I know MapleSim intelligently does index reduction and solves these equations. But

I already have an spline equation in maple13. I want use this equation as a signal block mathematical funtion. But maplesim only have standard funtion blocks in this pallet :

when Maplesim derives the equations from an electrical circuit,  it renames components in a way that makes the equations bloated/unreadable. Simple example: a resistor R1 becomes `R1.R`, which is awkward for further use. Is there a global switch to change this ?

When a user drags and drops a component from the pallette, a copy of the component is copied into the subsystem library located in the lower right of the screen.  This is handy if used again so that the user does not have to drill down into the pallettes repeatedly.  But, after a while the copies accumulate in the subsystems library, and it would be nice to selectively delete them if the user knows they will not be used again.  I have not found any way to delete the built in components copyied into the subsystem library.  I suppose it is childishly simple, but the operat

I know this is probably a simple question, but how do I go about creating subsystems?  I highlight the components I want and right-click, but I don't get the option to create a subsystem.  Any help would be appreciated.

I am having problems while installing Maplesim . When i try to Install maplesim on my computer it prepares to install but after it completes then a window appear showing a message that "Please select another location to extract this Installer" .

What can I do ?? I have enough space on my Hard disk !!!
