I was just wondering, how did you come up with 

Cone:=plot3d([2*r,r*cos(phi),r*sin(phi)], phi=0..2*Pi, r=0..5, style=surface, transparency=0.5):

Is there a command which gives you an equation for the Surface of revolution??

And btw, i just saw i forget to attach the command i used:
