@vv Are you asking what Digits is equal to, when Digits is not specified in the worksheet?

 

Edit:  I just noticed that this is a different equation.  As I said in my original reply, "sometimes" increasing Digits will help.  Sometimes, it will not.

@adel-00 When you receive an error like the one above, try renaming the variable.  limit in Maple is a function, so you can use limitt instead.  That should get you over the error message.  The assingment operators := are correct.  Some of your other commands, I am not familiar with.  Maybe someone who is versed in both Maple and Matlab can help.  Another option that might help is described here.

I was trying all of the options from the help file for KernelDensityPlot, and I did not realize that 'frequencyscale=absolute' was adding an additional scaling factor.  Thank you for pointing this out.  The deliberate part of scaling was not "deliberate".  I wasn't aware of what was going on (my ignorance).

Thank you for taking a look.  I was trying to recreate the Matlab "histfit" command, that a colleague used on the data set that I provided.  Changing the number of bins willl change the y-axis scale, so I was looking for a way to do the same thing in Maple.
