@Agha The Quartile function in the Student Statistics package works as expected.

From the main menu or however you like load the Student Statistics package.

Tools->Load Package->Student Statistics

Then you can

Quartile(dataset, Q#)   

e.g. for you

Quartile(list,1)  or Quartile(list,3)

It is unclear why this function is not the default ! Maplesoft should fix it to where method=4 is the default.
