These are questions asked by Adam Ledger

how are iterated functions represented in maple? as in f(f(f(x))) is f^3(x)(x)  in conventional notation where by the reader knows it is refering to the iteration conducted 3 times on the argument x, but what does maple use to differentiate between iteration ,exponentiation and differentiation?

what would i write if i wanted to display the full list of variables that be specified by calling kernelopts? like as output in the interface, i naively attempted ops(kernelopts)  which didnt work of course.

i tend to study a particular function each day, and noticed that the CAS literally ignores me when i as for an evaluation of the mellin transform for the lerch phi function. i just assume there to return an error if the function has properties that do not satisfy the criteria for a particular transform, in this case, null, it just pretends i didnt ask.

Assuming the maple kernel hasnt evolved conciousness and has decided to hate me im guessing someone else has run into similar circumstance.

when a term in the evaluation of some calculus functions particularly, i sometimes arrive at output in the general form as follows:

Algebraic expression + undefined

i am just wondering if there is a function i can call that will return the specific details as to what error the term "undefined" placeholder has stored im assuming such information is held, ie is it undefined as a consequence of the limits either side not being equal to one another or is it a 0/0 evaluation.

i was wondering anyone had any advice for interpreting conformal plots vs standard plots in the context of symmetry exhibited in the conformal plot like the one attached.
