How would I make a subset in a set.

For example,

What if I had the sample space {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10}.

A = {1,2,3,4}

B={4,5,6,7}

C={8,9,10}

How would I be able to ask C complementary and it would give me the elements that don't belong to C.

I appreciate all the help that has been given to me throughout the past months.  I'm trying to solve a differential equation that involves a matrice in it.  I'm not sure if I am entering in the problem in correctly nor do I know what commands to use.  Can someone please be of assistance and teach me?

I figure that there is a way to write a bunch of lines on a DE plot using some sort of command? I figure that it has to do with the sequence feature of maple.  What I am trying to do is show a bunch of lines in a DE plot that does y(n)=-1 where n is an integer ranging from -5 to 5.  I'll link my worksheet. Differential_Equation_slope_field.mw
